SUMMARY
The UltraBlock USB 3.0 Forensic Card Reader is switchable from Read-Only to Read-Write operation. In Read-Only mode the unit can be used for forensic acquisition of information found on multimedia and memory cards. In Read-Write mode the unit is able to write to memory cards for testing or validation.
The UltraBlock USB 3.0 Forensic Card Readers are NOT off-the-shelf readers with unknown forensic implications. Plus, these card readers are SDHC and SDXC compatible.
Devices which store data on memory or multimedia cards include Digital Cameras, MP3 Players, VoiceRecorders, PDA's, Cell Phones, Computers, and other digital storage devices. Using an integrated USB 3.0 cable, the Forensic Card Readers can be connected directly to a USB 3.0, 2.0 or 1.x port on your workstation or laptop.
